Electrician Invoice is a job-site calculator and invoicing tool at electricianinvoice.com. One product. Membership is monthly.

Free and paid

Calculators stay free. You can see a result, and try the homepage invoice demonstration, with no account and no card.

$9.99 a month, or the equivalent amount in the currency shown for your country, unlocks saving a quote, sending an invoice, the price book, contacts, and money-owed reminders.

Stripe charges the amount shown. Visa, Mastercard, Apple Pay, Link, and Google Pay appear when the browser and Stripe support them.

Store badges for the App Store, Google Play, and Windows describe where the apps will be listed. Paying does not buy a separate app price.

The demonstration

The homepage demo uses a sample price book. It does not email a customer and it does not charge a card. Voice transcription, when the browser allows it, is processed by that browser’s speech service, not stored by us.

Your figures

Results are estimates from the numbers you enter. You check them before you quote a customer. The price book is your own prices. Electrician Invoice does not supply live merchant prices.

Invoices

You are responsible for the business name, tax, license number, and bank details you put on an invoice.

Use

You may use the service for lawful electrical estimating and invoicing. You must not misuse the service or attempt to access other users’ data.
