The product, in the order you use it
Pick a trade, pick the item or say it, choose how the sheet looks, then pay before email or WhatsApp will carry it. Calculators on the free plan stay estimates. The invoice is the part that waits for Pro.
01
The homepage demo is the same path as a real invoice. Pick one of six trades, tap an item from that trade’s price book, and the sheet totals itself. Quantities step up and down. VAT at 20% is a switch, not a formula you do in the truck. Due date is 7, 14, or 30 days, written as a real date.
02
Say the customer, the work, and when it’s due. The draft uses the same price book as the taps. If the browser has no microphone, the sample lines still show the parse: a GFCI is a GFCI, “two of them” is a quantity, “two weeks” is 14 days. You fix the line before anyone is billed.
03
Workshop dockets, night sheets, blueprint title blocks, perforated tickets, ledger pages, and quiet letterheads. Pick one. The next invoice you build uses it, on the homepage preview and in the invoice desk. The choice is stored in this browser and on the invoice itself once you save.

Pressing send does not send. Email and WhatsApp both stop at Pro: $9.99 a month, paid on Stripe, then the button works. Email creates a Stripe invoice and Stripe mails it. WhatsApp opens a chat with the customer’s number and the job written out. Delete, edit, and resend live in the invoice desk, and only that account can see them.
Two sums you can do before the invoice: single-phase voltage drop for copper or aluminum, and a 40% conduit-fill check. They stay on this page. They do not replace the code book, and they do not get emailed to a customer.
